Prior to The Latigo Group, Mr. Foronda served as a Property Accounting Manager at Denver based EverWest Real Estate Investors where he was responsible for managing the full cycle accounting and financial reporting for a large portfolio of properties ranging from stabilized office, industrial, and development projects. Prior to EverWest, Mr. Foronda worked at Avison Young and JLL where he was responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for the Property Management department. Mr. Foronda graduated from DePaul University in Chicago where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce – Accounting.
