Prior to joining The Latigo Group, Mr. Kalmanovich worked as an analyst at Southern California-based REIT, American Homes 4 Rent, which is working to disrupt the single-family real estate industry. American Homes 4 Rent owns, develops and operates 54,000 single-family rental homes. Mr. Kalmanovich worked on financial projections, valuations, and due diligence assistance. Mr. Kalmanovich graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
