Nicholas Huber serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Latigo Group. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, tax preparation, investor communications, and underwriting. Prior to TLG, Mr. Huber served as Assistant Controller at NYC based Madison Capital where he was responsible for a large portfolio of properties with $2.5 billion of assets under management, ranging from stabilized office buildings to ground up development projects. Before joining Madison Capital, Mr. Huber worked at Colliers International where he was responsible for overseeing the accounting for the firm’s property management division. Mr. Huber graduated from Coastal Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Finance.
