Prior to joining The Latigo Group, Mr. Smith worked as a commercial leasing representative at Newmark Knight Frank, specializing in food and beverage leasing within New York City. In 2020, he and his team achieved recognition as the highest-grossing retail leasing team in NYC. Mr. Smith oversaw over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate transactions in Manhattan and collaborated with celebrity chefs and prominent hospitality groups such as Hogsalt Hospitality, SBE Entertainment Group, and Union Square Hospitality Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, graduating in 2017.
