Prior to joining The Latigo Group, Ms. Maron worked at Acre Investment Company (“Acre”), a San Francisco Bay Area based investment firm pursuing value-add commercial real estate opportunities. She worked at Acre for two years and was exposed to various aspects of the development process, including assessing pre-development risk, land value, site acquisition, design, entitlement, financing, and construction completion. Prior to her experience at Acre, Ms. Maron was exposed to debt financing, working as an analyst for Cantor Commercial Real Estate (“CCRE”), an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. in Los Angeles. CCRE is a fully-integrated commercial real estate finance company that originates competitively underwritten fixed- and floating-rate mortgages and mezzanine loans secured by diverse asset types in most major US markets. Ms. Maron graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2014.
